For its childcare vouchers scheme Abacus charges an annual fee according to the number of the employees on the client’s payroll, as follows

Payment
The payment needs to be by cheque accompanied by the Abacus order form or made as an inter-bank transfer at the same time as the order form is sent to us by post or as a pdf attached to an email. Our bank details are included in the form.
On payment of the fee
- if the purchaser has already registered on the website, Abacus will upgrade the access. This means that
on logging in, the purchaser will be directed to the download area of the site. There you will
be able to download and print all the documents needed for self-operation of a childcare vouchers
scheme.
- if you have not yet registered on the website, Abacus will issue an invitation to do so. Then, once registered, the purchaser will be given an immediate upgrade with full access to the download area.
Abacus updates its scheme as and when new legislation comes into force or improvements have been developed. An email alert notifies employer clients of updates available to them on Abacus’s website.
Shortly before the anniversary of the client’s purchase of the Abacus solution we send a invitation to renew for the forthcoming year. If the client chooses not to renew, the password expires at the end of the contract period.
